Chartiers Friends of the Park is hosting BINGO once per month to benefit both Chartiers Parks & Recreation initiatives and a local organization! 



Doors Open: 5pm

Early Bird Games: 6:30pm

Regular Games: Immediately After Early Birds
Kitchen: Opens at 5pm with pop/water, fries, chicken, hot dogs, nachos, snacks, desserts, etc.



3 Early Bird Bingo Games | $5 for all 3 games 

10 Regular Bingo Games | Packet Price: $15/3, $25/6, $30/9, $35/12, $5 after for each additional 12on pack

3 Special Games (Quickie Coveralls, U-Pick-Em) – $3 each or 2/$5

Winnings for each game are given to 1 winner or split among winners if more than 1

Prizes

Early Birds – $75

Regular Bingo Games – $150

Specials – $200




Funds raised will benefit Chartiers Friends of the Park AND one different charity per month! 100% of the proceeds from the basket raffle and 50/50 will benefit the charity of the month.

Does my organization qualify as a Charity Bingo Partner?

Preference is given to local Chartiers Township organizations, where a majority of the members or benefiting parties live in Chartiers. If your organization is outside of Chartiers, we still encourage you to apply. Organizations who benefit the most at the bingos are groups who can draw a big crowd to come out and support at the bingo event by buying basket raffle tickets, regular game bingos, and food in the kitchen.

Behind the Scenes Benedum Tour, Oakmont Bakery, and Comedy Bus 6/4/25

Join us for a special 60 minute guided behind the scenes tour at the Benedum Center in Downtown Pittsburgh! Next, we head to Oakmont Bakery where attendees can self-pay for lunch and purchase goodies to take home. After lunch, we will head back to Downtown Pittsburgh for a private 90 minute tour on the open-air Burgh Bus, hosted by a local Pittsburgh comedian. This tour is no joke… except for all the ones that will have you in stitches!

SPRING CLEAN UP

Spring Clean Up 2025 has been scheduled for the week of May 19^th-23rd!

This is a curbside, bulk collection clean up. They will move through the Township servicing one area of the Township each day in accordance with the attached map. We have also included a street listing by day. They come early, so please have your items to the curb the night before.

The following items WILL NOT be picked up, so please don't place them out:

Auto tires

Automobile parts

Concrete, brick, dirt, asphalt, roofing

Any items containing FREON (Refrigerators, freezers, air conditioning units, dehumidifiers, etc.

Cans exceeding 40 pounds

Carpet not cut (must be bundled and tied in 4’ lengths)

Building materials such as plaster, dry wall, wood, construction debris, etc.

Household Hazardous Waste (paints, household cleaners, compact fluorescent lamps (CFL), automotive products, garden chemicals, batteries, televisions, computers, etc.

It is the responsibility of the property owner to maintain unobstructed, safe access to refuse being collected. Thank you for helping to make this clean up event a success!
