Join Chartiers Township for a special brunch honoring our grandparents! Brunch will be served from 11am-12pm and BINGO will begin at 12pm. $2 per 3 card paper sheet (10 games total). Bring daubers or buy one at brunch for $1. 
 
Menu: pancake, egg, sausage or bacon, fruit, juice, and coffee.

Spring Clean Up 2024

Spring Clean Up 2024 has been scheduled for the week of May 13th -17th!

 

 

This is a curbside, bulk collection clean up. They will move through the Township servicing one area of the Township each day in accordance with the attached map. We have also included a street listing by day. They come early, so please have your items to the curb the night before.

 

 

 
The following items WILL NOT be picked up, so please don't place them out:

 

 

• Concrete, brick, asphalt, roofing

 

 

• Any items containing FREON (Refrigerators, freezers, air conditioning units, dehumidifiers, etc.

 

 

• Auto parts

 

 

• Building materials such as plaster, dry wall, wood, construction debris, etc.

 

 

• Household Hazardous Waste (paints, household cleaners, compact fluorescent lamps (CFL), automotive products, garden chemicals, batteries, televisions, computers, etc (E-Waste).

 

 

 
It is the responsibility of the property owner to maintain unobstructed, safe access to refuse being collected. Thank you for helping to make this clean up event a success!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Electronics Recycling Event

We are happy to offer a Chartiers Township Electronics Recycling Event again this Spring:
 
 
Come recycle your old electronics on Monday, May 13, 2024
at the Chartiers Township Community Center Parking Lot from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm.
The following electronics will be accepted:
  • Computer equipment
  • TV’s (2 per car load)
  • Small Freon appliances- ($25 each for freon removal)
  • 4 ft & 8ft fluorescent tubes & CFL’s
  • Damaged or dismantled TV’s ($50 hazardous handling fee)

 

The following items will NOT be Accepted:

  • Full sized refrigerators/freezers
  • Vacuum Cleaners
  • Carpet Scrubbers
  • Smoke Detectors
  • Carbon Monoxide Detectors
This recycling event is for Chartiers Township RESIDENTS ONLY—
MUST SHOW VALID ID FOR PROOF OF RESIDENCY.
