Administrative Assistant to the Manager

Chartiers Township, PA is seeking to fill the position of Administrative Assistant to the Township Manager.  Duties include providing administrative support, taking minutes and filing various reports.  Must be able to attend at least two evening meetings each month.  The successful candidate will have a high school diploma with a minimum of five years of experience as an administrative assistant/clerical or any combination of education and experience that demonstrates effective communication skills, computer fluency, accurate record keeping and a strong commitment to public service.  Salary DOQ and the Township offers an excellent benefits package.  The job description is available at the Township Office or Interested candidates are to submit resume, cover letter and salary requirements to: Jodi Noble, Township Manager, Chartiers Township, 2 Buccaneer Drive, Houston, PA 15342 or Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.

Boards and Commissions

Chartiers Township is now seeking residents willing to serve on the following volunteer Boards and Commissions:

Transportation Impact Fee Advisory Committee, seven (7) members:

      At least three (3) members of this seven (7) member Committee must be from the real estate, residential and commercial development and building industries.  Members of the Committee may be residents or business people within the Township.
